Beta studios start with a 30-day trial of Collective, no card required. Payments to studios from their clients go through Stripe.
Xanadu Nexus sends transactional email only, each message to one person, because of something that happened in their account or their booking:
We never send marketing mail from the platform, never buy or rent address lists, and the product has no bulk or newsletter sending: each email is about one person's own account or booking. Every email says why it was sent and links our Privacy Policy and Terms; staff notices and the daily summary have a one-click unsubscribe. An address that bounces or reports a message as spam is never mailed again, and each studio has a daily limit on the email it sends to clients.

Abuse. To report mail you believe is unwanted or fraudulent, forward it to support@xanadunexus.com. We investigate every report and suspend studios that misuse the platform.
